Shipping Policy

We strive to deliver your books quickly and efficiently. Below are our shipping details:

Order Processing

    •    Orders are processed within 7 working days after payment confirmation.

    •    Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Tracking Information

    •    Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email/WhatsApp for your convenience.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

    •    While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, we cannot be held responsible for delays or lost caused by the courier service. 

Note:

1. Shipping fee stated in checkout also includes a RM3 handling fee. 

2. We currently offer shipping within Malaysia only, but we’re working on expanding to international shipping soon! Stay tuned for updates—we can’t wait to share our products with more customers worldwide.
