At Books For A Better World (BFBW), we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. However, as a social enterprise that sells pre-loved and secondhand books, we encourage you to review product details carefully before making a purchase. Please read our refund guidelines below:


Refund Eligibility

We ONLY accept refund requests under the following circumstances:

    1.    Wrong Item Received: If you received a book that is different from what you ordered.

    2.    Incomplete Order: If part of your order is missing.

Non-Refundable Items:

    •    Books purchased on sale or during promotions.

    •    Items labeled as “As-Is” or “Clearance”.

    •    Slight wear, aging, or minor markings common in secondhand books.


Refund Process

To request a refund:

    1.    Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

    2.    Email us at siewll@bfbwsb.com with:

    •    Your order number.

    •    Photos showing the issue with your book(s).

    3.    Once approved, refunds will be processed within 14 working days.


**Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
